The hotel is conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the club house, offering spacious rooms but in need of some improvements. The service is friendly, although noise can be an issue. The location, though with a beautiful garden for walks, might be challenging to reach without a car. The dining experience is more catered towards Thai or Asian preferences. The hotel facilities are decent, needing some renovations and upgrades.

The service provided was extremely friendly and helpful, booking a private tour for us, but there was a minor language barrier with some staff members. The location, nestled in the jungle by the River Kwai, is truly exceptional, though the hotel might need some repairs. The dining experience provided a mix of European and Thai cuisine, although the variety was slightly limited due to restrictions. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel offers spacious and really nice rooms, but there was a bad smell in the room. The service staff should work on addressing this issue before guests check in. They provided excellent service during our stay, especially Na Na at the resort entrance. The location is beautiful, right on the River Kwai, perfect for exploring local sights. The dining experience overlooking the pool after breakfast was a bit expensive. Overall, a great location with plenty of activities nearby.
